Top 10 Gluten Free Recipes
This has been an exciting year on My Gluten Free Miami. My gluten-free journey has taught me a lot, and sharing recipes, tips and reviews with readers has been a highlight.
You don’t have to live in Miami to enjoy this blog — like the city itself, the site is a melting pot of recipes and flavors from around the world. This year, readers especially loved these ten recipes. They’re some of my favorites, too, and I hope you find one you’ll make again and again.
Number 1: Gluten Free Chicken Piccata with Lemon and Capers
This is my family’s hands-down favorite. The tangy lemon and briny capers make a simple, elegant sauce, and the dish is quick to prepare. Given the choice between dining out and this at home, my husband always picks this Chicken Piccata.
Number 2: Louisiana Style Red Beans and Rice
This one-pot favorite has earned praise from friends and readers. Full of rich, comforting flavor, it makes excellent leftovers and keeps cleanup to a minimum.
Number 3: Gluten Free Mexican Dessert Torte
This torte is unique and full of bold flavors. It surprised me by making the list, but its distinct profile clearly connected with many readers — different can be delicious.
Number 4: Gluten Free Cheddar Bay Biscuits
These copycat Cheddar Bay Biscuits are an easy and successful gluten-free conversion. Flaky, cheesy and buttery, they win over gluten-free and non-gluten-free eaters alike.
Number 5: Tiramisu Gluten Free Truffles
Bite-sized and irresistible, these truffles combine cookie crumbs, chocolate and espresso for a concentrated taste of tiramisu. They’re small but dangerously addictive.
Number 6: Stuffed Acorn Squash
Light but flavorful, this stuffed acorn squash is versatile enough for an individual meal or for serving a crowd. It’s wholesome without sacrificing taste.
Number 7: Gluten Free Banana Bread with Cinnamon Streusel
This banana bread has a crunchy cinnamon streusel that elevates the loaf. Simple ingredients and great texture make it a crowd-pleaser — no one guesses it’s gluten-free.
Number 8: Penne with Spicy Vodka Sauce

Inspired by a restaurant favorite, this spicy vodka penne is easy to prepare and impressive to serve. It’s a great example of recreating a dish you love at home — and making it even better.
Number 9: Easy Gluten Free Breakfast Bars with Peanut Butter and Oatmeal
These wholesome breakfast bars use dried fruit, peanut butter and bananas to create a nutritious, satisfying morning option. They’re portable and guilt-free.
Number 10: Mini No Bake Lemon Pies
Although this recipe was added more recently, it quickly rose in popularity. Crisp crusts and bright, creamy lemon filling make these mini pies addictive — crunchy, creamy and tart in every bite.
