Staff demonstrated strong awareness of celiac disease and cross-contamination risks; when a server was unsure about an ingredient, she confirmed with the kitchen.

Items sampled included fresh chips and salsa, vegetable summer rolls with tofu, avocado and chili sauce, macadamia nut hummus served with purple sweet potato chips, lobster fried rice, kale and sweet potato tacos, and steak frites.
