Instructions

You can cook the artichokes untrimmed or follow the prep steps below for a cleaner presentation.
To prep:

Pour 1 cup of water into a 6-quart Instant Pot or 2 cups into an 8-quart model. Add lemon slices, garlic and bay leaf or thyme if using.
