  • 1 package frozen artichokes 14 oz can, finely chopped (or equivalent frozen)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup light mayonnaise regular mayonnaise works as well
  • 1 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in the slow cooker and stir until evenly mixed.
